A family is one unexpected expense away from losing their housing. It happens more often than most people realize — and when it does, the window for intervention is narrow.
Good Samaritan Foundation, supported by Cities Strong Foundation, provides emergency rental assistance and case management to families across the Wasatch Front who are on the edge. Volunteers support case coordination, resource navigation, and direct family assistance — helping stabilize situations before they become crises that are much harder to resolve.
In 2025, this partnership helped 130 families stay in their homes. Behind each of those numbers is a family that had a chance to get back on their feet because someone showed up in time.
